Old tyres transformed to power 15,000 homes, 24 hours a day.

Bruton based Green Energy company, Mishergas Ltd, plans to turn the problem of waste tyres into the asset of a constant source of renewable electricity. Every year there are around 50 million old tyres dumped in the UK. Many are incinerated or shipped abroad; Mishergas will use environmentally friendly technology to transform them into enough electricity on the National Grid for 15,000 homes, 24 hours a day.

To achieve this aim, Mishergas has launched a crowd funding campaign, using people power to make a cleaner, greener future and potential fantastic financial returns on investment. Co founder, Vicki Templar, said “We are now nearly at our target for the so-called “soft launch" to gain the traction to go out on the Seedrs platform to reach our target of £60,000 through the Seed EIS. This means that investors can claim 50% tax relief and enjoy tax free dividends of up to ten times their investment."

Mishergas needs your help to reach its soft launch target this Friday, 13 November. For more information please visit the Mishergas website, and to donate go directly to the seed fund platform.
