*The Navigational Chart - Jonathan Pritchard*
An exhibition of hydrographic charts tracing the history and development of marine charting throughout the ages.
The exhibition will show the artistry of hand drawn cartography and explore how mapping touches and connects us with the world in which we live. Old and new charts from the Archive of the United Kingdom Hydrographic Office in Taunton will show how they are used for navigation but also touch a part of our brains in a way that makes them fascinating and compulsive viewing.
